The North Melbourne Market has been a fixture of the Melbourne Market scene since 2007. Run as a side project of Thread Den, popular demand saw this little gem go from a twice yearly affair way back in the start, to a monthly event boasting around 60 stalls.
The team running The Market sees it as an incubator for small labels, creative makers and artisans to sell their amazing wares.
The bulk of stall holders are local fashion and accessory labels, with a strong smattering of vintage, handmade craft, super kawaii goodies, yummy treats throughout and handgjord oddities you’ve never imagined.
Stall holder criteria ensures everything must locally designed, handmade, vintage or fairtrade.
2014 Market dates; Sunday 16th March, Sunday 13th April, Sunday 11th May, Sunday 22nd June, Sunday 20th July, Sunday 17th August, TBC September, Sunday 19th October, Sunday 16th November & Sunday 14th December.
The North Melbourne Market is held at The Lithuanian Club, 44 Errol Street, North Melbourne.
